We definitely got our money's worth with a spacious family room that had two separate rooms. The staff treated us with friendliness and efficiency, making us feel very welcome. The hotel's location was fantastic, right in the heart of a beautiful square with stunning views of the historical market.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast even better was having more variety in the food options.

Pleasant hotel, best location in Hildesheim at the historical market place

We had booked a superior room with an extra large double bed. Unfortunately, this was a disappointment, because the two single beds that had been pushed together constantly drifted apart. Extremely unpleasant! We would not book any more, especially since there was no reaction from the hotel, except taking note of the complaint.

The location is very central with direct access to the underground car park. The breakfast was good and due to the spatial arrangement the atmosphere was very relaxed.

The booked room was very quiet on the 4th floor, but had only a very narrow bay window.

We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location couldn't have been more perfect, as it was right in the heart of town facing a beautiful historical landmark plaza. We were able to easily walk to all the major sights and attractions, and the Christmas Market was literally right outside the hotel doors. Plus, there were two excellent restaurants in the medieval square right next to the hotel.

The employees were attentive and very friendly. The daily breakfast was extensive and absolutely fantastic with dessert and salads and a view to the beautiful towncenter:)))

Upon arrival (instead of the cheaper booked 2-bed room) we were offered a double room for the same price. In the whole house very friendly and always attentive staff. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. The location directly in the centre of Hildesheim is ideal.

The service was good, the beds were super comfortable, and the room had a contemporary design with a wonderful view.

This place has been beautifully restored and offers stunning views of the square, as well as a wide variety of food at breakfast.

Great design and renovation, central location on historic market square, friendly and professional receptionist, spacious and well-laid out room with robes, clean pool and sauna area, convenient parking.

Very good location and great ambience. The breakfast buffet is excellent. We were positively surprised by the equipment of the room. There was even a coffee machine. The shower also deserves to be highlighted. If required, it offers space for 2 persons.

Classy hotel, well worth the money.

Breakfast is expensive considering that there are neighbouring alternatives. Garage is not easy to find - have a good map with you, better than a google printout, which we found inadequate (this is of course not the hotel's fault, just a warning to travellers).

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, right in the middle of town facing a nice historical landmark plaza. The views from the rooms are absolutely stunning, as you can see the beautiful market square in Hildesheim from here. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, from the moment I arrived until the time I left. They were always ready to assist with any request I had. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a mini-bar and coffee facilities. The hotel also has a lovely terrace where you can relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It has everything you need for a luxurious and comfortable stay, from its prime location to its excellent service and amenities.

The hotel breakfast is superb and the swimmingpool area is newly renovated and very nice. This was our third stay at the hotel and we are very pleased with everything. Last year we had a problem with the air conditioning but it was OK now.
